Position Title: Field Superintendent/Lead Glazier
Status: Full Time


All applicants must have the following:

  • High school diploma/equivalent

  • Authorization to work in U.S.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Insurable by company standards

  • Reliable transportation to and from work; company vehicles provided for transportation to and from job sites

  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening

Required Experience:

  • ‪Successful fabrication and installation experience with storefront, curtain walls, entrances, and hardware

  • Experience in construction estimating and bidding


 Skills & Qualifications:

  • Applicants should be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities

  • A desire to learn and grow with the company


Expectations:

  • Will be responsible for turning projects over with a complete estimate and clear scope of work

  • Work with clients to develop clear understanding of project scope during preparation of estimate

  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, other contractors, suppliers, and teammates
