Field Superintendent / Lead Glazier
Status: Full Time
All applicants must have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license
- Insurable by company standards
- Reliable transportation to and from work; company vehicles provided for transportation to and from job sites
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
Required Experience:
- Successful fabrication and installation experience with storefront, curtain walls, entrances, and hardware
- Experience in construction estimating and bidding
Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly articulate with a clear and analytical approach to problem solving and strong decision-making abilities
- A desire to learn and grow with the company
Expectations:
- Turn projects over with a complete estimate and clear scope of work
- Work with clients to develop a clear understanding of project scope during estimate preparation
